How it works
Elevations is designed to help relieve or reduce a number of symptoms that may disrupt your sleep and keep you from getting the quality rest you need.

• Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) — GERD, often referred to as “acid reflux,” is the backflow of stomach acid into the esophagus, resulting in a burning sensation. Many people try propping their heads with extra pillows with little or no results – that still leaves the torso flat, the area where acid reflux occurs. A better solution is an elevated foundation. The incline puts the entire body at an angle, helping prevent the backflow of acid.
• Snoring — Even the most comfortable, deep sleep can be disturbed by a loud snore. An elevated foundation can help prevent the tongue from retracting to the back of the throat and blocking the airway, one of the most common causes of snoring. Elevations can help lessen both the frequency and intensity of snoring, resulting in a better night’s sleep for you and those around you.
• Poor Circulation — Many people suffer from poor circulation in the legs and feet. This can cause cramping, fatigue, swelling and tired legs. Sleeping on an incline can help increase blood flow to these areas, helping to ease the discomfort associate with poor circulation.
